Royal Mail workers in North Staffordshire and South Cheshire will be among more than 100,000 set to be balloted about strike action over a number of issues.

A Royal Mail spokesman said:  “We are committed to open and constructive engagement with the CWU.

“We all want a successful and sustainable company that provides good quality jobs, fairness in workloads, and continues delivering.”
