2,300 jobs to go at Royal Bank of Scotland (Business Times (Malaysia))

LONDON: The Royal Bank of Scotland announced yesterday that it would slash up to 2,300 jobs in Britain because of the economic crisis. That represents about 2 per cent of the bank’s 106,000-strong UK workforce, the company said.
