Authorities say three people have been charged with bombing a federal courthouse and a FedEx building in San Diego. A federal grand jury returned the indictment Tuesday against 31-year-old Rachelle Carlock, 59-year-old Ella Louise Sanders and 43-year-old Eric Reginald Robinson — all from San Diego.
