$40 million FedEx facility

A new $40 million FedEx facility in Grayslake promises to bring more than 720 new jobs to Lake County and $555,456 in annual property tax and delivery of packages by the shipping giant. FedEx will build a 214,000-square-foot distribution station off Route 83, north of Peterson Road.
