Cutback in post office’s hours, services, has Garrett Park residents concerned

In Garrett Park, the post office isn’t just where people send packages or apply for a passport; it’s the center of town. Since its establishment in 1898 there has been no home mail delivery in town, encouraging people to congregate and chat at the post office, said Mayor Chris Keller.
