eBay Runs Auction Promotion while Testing Bid Increments

eBay is running a 3-day promotion in which sellers can list auctions for 25 cents no matter the starting price. Both Stores and non-Store subscribers can participate in the promotion, which applies to listings on eBay.com, eBay Motors Parts & Accessories and eBay Canada.
