Minister’s gesture towards ailing scribe

Kakinada, May 23 : Minister for stamps and registrations Thota Narasimham exhibited a gesture towards a scribe Galidevara Srinivas, reporter of a Telugu daily who was ailing from paralysis at the government general hospital here by presenting his family members Rs 10,000 from his pocket as his personal donation.
