This Memorial Day weekend, the public is invited to join the ceremonial dedication of the Fall River Post Office in memory of Sgt. Robert Barrett, the Army National Guard soldier killed by a suicide bomber while on a training mission on April 19, 2010, in Kabul, Afghanistan.
