Mail defendant to stay near post office (Press & Sun-Bulletin)

An Endicott man prosecutors said stole mail from people’s mailboxes in search of cash and gift cards was released Friday from custody and will stay in a boarding house across from the Binghamton Post Office on Henry Street.
