Business in brief: Free stamps offered in advance of rate hike (The Daily News of Newburyport)

As of May 12, the United States Postal Service will increase its first-class postage rate from 41 to 42 cents. To offset the increase, the Pak Mail center on Storey Avenue in Newburyport will offer free, one-cent stamps to customers, beginning May 12.
