EBay Settles Shareholder Litigation Over GSI Commerce Acquisition

EBay Inc. (EBAY) , owner of the largest e- commerce market, and its takeover target GSI Commerce Inc. (GSIC) settled an investor suit claiming EBay’s $2.4 billion takeover offer undervalued GSI.
