eBay to Pay More for GSI, Acquisition Expected to Close Friday

GSI Commerce shareholders had complained that the company was not getting enough money for its sale to eBay and sued GSI and its board – eBay had announced in March it would acquire GSI Commerce for $29.25 a share, or total consideration of approximately $2.4 billion.
