eBay settles with GSI shareholders

NEW YORK (AP) — eBay Inc. on Monday said it will pay about $27 million to settle lawsuits by shareholders of GSI Commerce Inc., which eBay is acquiring, that accused the companies of shortchanging GSI shareholders.
