EBay will launch a flash sales site on June 17, said Christopher Payne, VP and head of eBay North America. The site, Fashion Vault, will feature daily, limited-time fashion products and accessories sales. Payne made the announcement in his keynote remarks at the Internet Retailer Conference and Exhibition in San Diego.
