MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Postal Corporation (PhilPost) has opened an exhibit of stamps and other memorabilia dubbed as “ Rizaliana Collection on Stamps Exhibit by Jorge Cuyugan and Philatelic friends” in celebration of Jose Rizal’s 150th birth anniversary. The exhibit will run until June 30.
