eBay closes its $2.4 billion acquisition of GSI Commerce

GSI’s Chris Saridakis becomes the president of eBay’s new business unit. EBay Inc. has completed its approximately $2.4 billion acquisition of GSI Commerce , the online marketplace company said today.
