WATERS — “I’ve talked to a lot of people here and I haven’t found anyone who is in favor of it,” said Jim Giessel, referencing the possibility the Waters post office may close. “When I moved here in ‘88, I chose Waters because it is a nice little town and I wanted to be in Otsego County. I don’t want my address to be Frederic or to have a Crawford County zip code.”
