Outdoor dining plan approved by zoning board

The Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved a petition filed by Musgrove LCC, for a special permit to temporarily allow outdoor tables, chairs and umbrellas within existing parking spaces on Post Office Avenue — a private one-way street — between April 1 and Oct. 31.
