Victim identified in fatal FedEx crash in Southern Indiana

The victim of a fatal accident in which a FedEx truck ran into an overpass on Interstate 64 near the Harrison and Crawford county line early Wednesday has been identified as James E. Loper, 51, of Bowling Green, Ky.
