Village Should Get Its Post Office Back

A decade ago, the former mill village of Tariffville, tucked into the northeast corner of Simsbury, could boast a wonderful history but not much of a present. The carpet mills on the Farmington River that were the village’s reason for being had long since closed. Things were pretty quiet.
