eBay Runs Second 1-Cent Auction Promotion in Two Weeks

eBay is running a 1-day promotion in which it will charge sellers 1-cent listing fees for online auctions. The promotion applies to both eBay Stores subscribers and sellers who do not have an eBay Store subscription.
