West Liberty Post Office announces service changes

Beginning Saturday, Aug. 27, mail carriers serving the West Liberty area will no longer use the West Liberty Post Office as their mail pick-up point. Instead, carriers will travel from Muscatine, said Richard Watkins, United States Postal Service spokesman for the Des Moines-based Hawkeye District.
