Local stamp collectors promoted their hobby at the Ventura County Fair by giving away stamps and displaying items from their collections. Ventura County Philatelic Society members manned a table in the Gem and Mineral building for every hour of the fair last month, discussing their hobby with adults and youngsters and giving away the stamps.
