Greenwich Avenue post office sells for $15M

The U.S. Post office in central Greenwich has been sold for $15 million to Greenwich Retail LLC. documents filed with the town clerk’s office indicate real estate magnate and Greenwich resident Peter Malkin may be behind the purchase.
