Post Office Studying Cost-Cutting Options; May Close Redding Mail Processing Center

SHASTA COUNTY The U.S. Post Office has been seeing a lot less mail in the past few years, and much less revenue as a result. Now, the USPS is studying several options to cut costs which might include moving the mail processing plant in Redding to Sacramento.
