The U.S. Postal Service stands on the verge of default and thousands of jobs across the country are in peril.But Victor Dubina, a spokesman for the post office’s Cincinnati district — which includes Middletown and Hamilton offices — said community members should not expect barren storefronts in the place of once-thriving post offices.
