From the window of the Temple Post Office, Kevin Kelly has watched Kutztown Road change. Many of the mom-and-pop restaurants and hardware and appliance stores have faded. The post office is one of the few reminders of the former borough of Temple, which was absorbed into Muhlenberg Township in 1999.
