Post Office Still Refusing To Deliver To Bronx Building With Damaged Mailboxes

The mailboxes, filled with dust and rust from a leaky pipe in the ceiling earlier in the week, have been touched up with paint and duct tape. The postal service finds this fix unacceptable.
