Light Bulb Shipments Pose Problems for Post Office (WTOP Radio Network)

HAGERSTOWN, Md. (AP) – Postal workers are taking a dim view of a program to supply Maryland residents with energy-efficient light bulbs. Allegheny Power is sending pairs of the bulbs to its 220,000 households in Maryland and that has created headaches for post offices in Washington County.
