EBay’s Platform Play For Shopping Online and Offline: X.Commerce

EBay launched its new X.Commerce platform today at its conference in San Francisco, opening up technology for developers to build new commerce tools and services for merchants–as well as a marketplace for merchants and developers to buy and sell them.
