FedEx Driver, Delivering to a Torrington Resident, Discovers Package of Marijuana

BANTAM — After noticing a package he was delivering to a Torrington resident contained over four pounds of marijuana, a FedEx driver lead police to the arrest of Alex Phimphisane.
