Tatts Group Hires Four Banks for A$1 Billion Loan (Update2) (Bloomberg.com)

April 28 (Bloomberg) — Tatts Group Ltd. , Australia’s second-largest betting shop owner, hired four banks to arrange A$1 billion ($935 million) of loans the company will use to refinance debt, according to an e-mail from the lenders.
