The post office is planning to reduce its services, and some local businesses are looking at the decision more in sorrow than in dread. “I love the guys at the post office,” said Hillary Emerson Lay of Marblehead’s Spirit of ’76 Bookstore. “I don’t want anything to happen to them.”
