eBay Canada lowered certain PayPal fees for Canadian customers, effective immediately. PayPal’s Canadian dollar transaction fees for receiving payments decrease from C$0.55 per transaction to C$0.30 for all merchant rate tiers. For example, a merchant with up to $3,000 in PayPal monthly sales will pay 2.9% of the transaction plus 30 cents, instead of 2.9% plus 55 cents.
