Post office scaling back Downtown

Three St. Joseph post offices are up for sale, with plans for relocating the Downtown post office. At the same time, the cash-strapped U.S. Postal Service agreed Thursday to delay the closing of hundreds of mail processing centers and thousands of smaller post offices until mid-May.
