FMLE: Agreement to Acquire “eBay Sales by Prestigious, Inc.” (Nasdaq)

Family Entertainment Corporation (FMLE) announced that its subsidiary, Prestige Cars International, Inc., (“PCI”), has entered into an agreement to acquire “eBay Sales by Prestigious, Inc.,” doing business as “Prestigious Eurocars,” an online retailer of classic and collectible Rolls Royce, Bentley, Jaguar and other motorcars sold worldwide.
