Organization, stamps help waterfowl thrive
Norwich Bulletin Wildlife artist Thomas Hirata won the honors of producing Connecticut's first duck stamp image, a classic image of a traditional hunting location for a traditional species, a pair of black ducks flying south past the famous Saybrook lighthouse. |
