FOOD STAMPS I. This is about the food stamps. If you can buy cigarettes and alcohol, you can't buy food stamps. I know somebody barely making it and she is getting less than $100 a month. It is not right when they are getting food stamps and getting their nails done and driving high-priced cars. It is not right what the system is doing to these people.
