Post Office branch to open in Erie's Mercantile Building

The U.S. Postal Service has a new address in midtown Erie. A new USPS branch will open on the first floor of the Mercantile Building, 1401 State St., on April 16, a spokesman for the Postal Service said today. The opening will be a soft opening; a full "ceremonial opening" will be at a later date.
