Post office gunman now faces federal charges

A Muskegon man accused of taking a gun into the Grand Haven post office is now being charged in federal court. George Edward Covington III, 42, was indicted April 12 by a grand jury on federal weapons and drug felony charges related to the Grand Haven incident, according to Ottawa County Prosecuting Attorney Ron Frantz. read more
