Schumer introduces legislation to protect rural post offices

U.S. Sen. Charles Schumer announced Tuesday he is introducing legislation to preserve door-to-door mail delivery service for the U.S. Postal Service, and is showing his support for legislation that would put a two year moratorium on rural post office closings.
