Stamps, CFL brethren pass on No. 1 prospect

With the final pick of Thursday’s Canadian Football League Canadian college draft, the Calgary Stampeders had an opportunity to select the man the CFL’s Scouting Bureau considered the top prospect of the 2012 draft class.
