eBay to Open Global Development Center in Bangalore India

eBay announced plans to open a new development center in Bangalore, India, where it expects to hire up to 1,000 employees over the next three years. The Bangalore center will feature several "centers of excellence" for both eBay Marketplaces and PayPal.
