Luciano: Bath puts its stamp on post office problem

The post office in Bath, shown here in July 2011, originally was proposed for closing as part of a U.S. Postal Service reorganization. On Wednesday the Postal Service called off the nationwide closings, under certain conditions such as reduced hours.
