Food bank chief: House's food stamps cuts 'would be devastating'

The head of the Second Harvest North Florida food bank issued a statement today saying he is "outaged" by today's House vote to cut the federal Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), or food stamps, by a "drastic" $36 billion.
