Harper Post Office more than a mail stop (Washington Evening Journal)

HARPER – Mayor Shirley Altenhofen hopes to find out the feelings of the 143 Harper residents regarding the suspension of the Harper Post Office. During a park cleanup on Friday, she hopes the people will let her know how – or if – to proceed.
