The 81-15 roll call by which the Senate on Thursday passed a bill boosting farm subsidies and money for food stamps. On this vote, a “yes” vote was a vote to pass the bill and a “no” vote was a vote to reject it. Voting “yes” were 44 Democrats, 35 Republicans and two independents.
