A man who caused an evacuation at Youngstown’s Post Office will be sentenced next month. 28 Year-Old David Kopnitsky pleaded guilty to inducing panic Friday. Police say that last July, Kopnitsky called 9-1-1 and reported phony robberies at three locations, including the downtown Post Office.
