MontCo police charge man in post-office stabbing

Montgomery County police have charged a man in a stabbing in a Colesville post office. Ray Alfred Young, 67, of Silver Spring, was charged with attempted second-degree murder, first-degree assault, second-degree assault and concealing a dangerous weapon.
