‘Postal warrior’ to speak near Foster Post Office

FOSTER — Jamie Partridge, a retired mail carrier from Portland known as the Postal Road Warrior, will talk about keeping rural post offices open at 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, near the Foster Post Office.
